stop, pull over and contact authorities any time that
our drivers feel the situation is getting out of control
or moving toward a violent atmosphere. In other words
if our drivers feel we cannot proceed in a safe enjoyable
fashion and things become unsafe to our passengers and/or
drivers, we will stop the vehicle at the first safe
area. Refunds will not be furnished in these types of
cases.

AIRPORT
TRANSFER POLICIES:
Cancellation
Policy: 4 hours minimum notice to cancel or change a
confirmed reservation. Our expectation is departure
from your pick up point within ±5 minutes of
scheduled time.
It
is required that you call us immediately if your flight
is canceled, although we will know before you will.
A $25 Meet & Greet charge applies if this service
is requested at SFO and a $25 Meet & Greet charge
applies if requested at OAK.
CHARTER
& POINT-TO-POINT POLICIES
Cancellation
Policy: 2 day minimum notice required to cancel reservation.
Changes of a confirmed reservation will be accommodated
as best as possible.
50%
non- refundable deposit of the contract amount may be
charged at the time your reservation is confirmed. The
balance is charged to your credit card on the day of
service, unless you opt to pay the balance in cash or
with your local personal check.
Total
charges are based on your final itinerary, which may
exceed the preliminary estimate. There are no warranties,
express or implied. By contracting for our services
you agree to all of these Terms & Conditions and
allow your credit card account to be used as the form
of payment for all charges.
Reservation
Forms
Our
site uses a reservation form for customers to request
information and services and subsequently to purchase
services. We collect contact information (like your
e-mail address), and temporarily collect financial information
when you use online RSVP (like your account or credit
card numbers).
Contact
information from the reservation forms is used to supply
services, information about our company. The customer's
contact information is also used to get in touch with
the visitor when necessary.
Financial
information that is collected is used to bill the user
for products and services nothing more.

Underage
Clients
Let
us first start by saying that On Time Limousine truly
enjoys chauffeuring our underage clients to their events.
We understand that these events are special and memorable
and will last a lifetime. In that spirit On Time Limousine
will leave open the privacy window between passengers
and driver. We will also collect a contact number for
each underage passenger in case of an emergency or other
situation. WE DO NOT allow alcohol. WE DO NOT allow
smoking. WE DO NOT allow in any shape, form or fashion
of recreational drug usage. We do allow for your underage
passengers to have fun and use common sense. In compliance
with CPUC Regulation Section 5348.1 & 5348.3 consumption
of alcoholic beverages by passengers under 2l years
of age is STRICTLY prohibited.
Payment
Policies
Pre-Service
Rate Estimates are just that. We try hard to adhere
to estimates that are given prior to services rendered.
Some charges cannot be calculated prior to service.
Such as unexpected or unscheduled time overages, extra
stops, having too much fun and partying into the night.
We will try our best to keep these to a minimum but
you do need to be aware that the possibility exists
for other charges than were stated on your pre-service
estimate.
All
services performed by On Time Limousine have a deposit
policy at time of reservation, which is non-refundable
unless canceling two weeks in advance of date of service.
The Remaining balance will be paid in full at time of
drop off with any overages, parking fees, tolls, and
gratuity included in final total.
Accepted
payment Methods On Time Limousine Prefers Visa and MasterCard,
checks will be accepted if full balance is paid at least
one (1) weeks in advance and check has cleared our bank.
Any remaining amount (time overages, etc.) must be paid
for by Visa or MasterCard or cash.
Alcohol
Policy
On
Time Limousine only furnishes champagne to our of-age
clients. You may furnish your own alcohol or our drivers
will stop so that you may purchase alcohol. All Alcoholic
beverages must stay within the coach area of the limousine.
We ask again that you use common sense and have a great
time.
Drug
and Narcotics Policy
On Time Limousine does not allow the use of recreation
drugs or narcotics in our vehicles.
Loss,
damage and injury
Clients
of On Time Limousine hereby waives all claims against
On Time Limousine or any of its agents or employees
for injury, loss or damage, including consequential
damages to clients person or property from whatever
cause and however occurring, unless it has been found
to be caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct
of company or its agents or employees.
TRANSPORTATION
RULES
You
are Responsible for Knowing and Complying these Rules
You
are a valued customer of on time limousine and we want
you to enjoy your use of our vehicle.
We
have to ensure that the integrity of our vehicle is
maintained for future business.
Therefore,
these rules apply to ALL transportation provided by
On Time Limousine, including special events, weddings,
proms, etc., without exception. In addition to the rules
on page 2 of any On Time Limousine contract.
- On
Time Limozine agrees to provide the designated vehicle
and a driver at the time, date and location specified
on the contract.
- Unless
specified on the contract, request for additional
hours will be provided only if the vehicle is not
scheduled for other work.
- Number
of passengers allowed in the vehicle shall be no more
than specified number in contract or limited to the
vehicle passenger capacity it is designed to carry.
- On
Time Limozine reserves the right to substitute a
vehicle of equal or greater value in the event of
mechanical difficulties or scheduling reasons.
- On
Time Limozine and On Time Limozine employees are
NOT responsible for any unattended, forgotten, left,
lost, damaged or stolen articles in the vehicle at
any time.
- The
sale or use of ILLEGAL DRUGS or smoking in the vehicles
is strictly forbidden. Also, alcohol possession or
consumption by minors is strictly forbidden.
- There
will be no standing out of moon-roofs or hanging out
of windows.
- On
Time Limozine reserves the right to immediately terminate
service without any refund to any party or person(s)
who violates these rules.
- On
Time Limozine is not responsible for delays caused
by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems,
airlines and/or airport problems, automobile accidents
caused by others or acts of God.
- Customer
may not attach or affix anything to the interior or
exterior of the vehicle(s) without prior permission
from On Time Limozine management.
- Customer
accepts full responsibility for vehicle damage or
special cleaning, and any loss of income due to negligence
or carelessness caused by any member of customers
group, or customer.
- Examples
are vehicle damages caused from vomiting, scratches,
broken glassware, stains, wrestling in vehicles, kicking
windows/mirrors, and etc.
- I
authorize On Time Limozine to charge the guaranteeing
credit card for the expenses regardless and in addition
to any prior understandings and agreements. These
charges are necessary due to the high cost of cleaning
and the revenue and time lost because the car cannot
be used.
- If
the guaranteeing credit card cannot be charged for
any reason, customer agrees to pay for damages within
seven days from the event date. Customer agrees to
pay for any collection expenses and/or attorney fees
and costs associated with On Time Limozines
collection efforts.
- There
is a minimum $18.00 fee per broken and/or missing
glassware.
FAILURE
OF CUSTOMER TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS
WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION OF SERVICE,
REQUIRING
PAYMENT IN FULL WITH NO REFUND.
